Summer has officially arrived, and we’re enjoying every bit of sunshine here at CNRC! Residents and staff have been spending more time outdoors, soaking up the warm weather, and watching our garden begin to bloom. It’s a joyful time of growth, fresh air, and connection.
A few friendly reminders as we step into the season:
- All smoking and tobacco products must be checked in at the front office.
- Vapes and chewing tobacco are not permitted in resident rooms. Indoor use is not only against our policy— it’s also illegal.
- Residents who use any form of tobacco are expected to follow the same policies as cigarette smokers.
With the change in seasons, we kindly ask families and friends to consider helping their loved ones sort through their closets. This is a great time to take home winter clothing and remove any items that may no longer fit or be needed during the warmer months.
Lastly, with Father’s Day just around the corner, I want to wish a heartfelt Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads and grandfathers in our community! We encourage you to visit and celebrate the special men in your life—they deserve it!
