Cumberland Nursing and Rehab has had the pleasure of employing Annie Randolph for 44 years! When ask what has been the most enjoyable, Annie stated: “The residents. There is nothing like having someone make your day. The ability to make that kind of a difference to the residents is my favorite part of my job.” Working for Cumberland Nursing and Rehab takes pride and dedication. It takes a critical combination of technical skills balanced with people skills. Most of all it takes a unique person with a caring heart and a passion for helping others. It’s more than a job…it’s a calling! Thank you Annie for many years of dedication and a heart for our residents!
