Morning, Everyone!
Fall is here and hopefully it will start to get cooler soon.
As promised, Flu shots and the permissions, etc., are starting to come. Many of you have already returned the acceptance or denial letters, and we appreciate that! We will start to administer the shot as soon as the vaccines are delivered. If you have not received a permission slip or acceptance/denial letter, please let us know and we will get you one. You can also sign one when you are at the facility. Crystal Gibson, our Staff Development nurse, oversees our flu program so if you have any questions, feel free to contact her or ask any of our nurses and they should be able to help. We will be placing masks, gloves and hand sanitizer at the front entrance to the building. Feel free to use these items whenever you are visiting, as these will benefits both you and your loved one here as a precaution.
As you may already know, we recently transitioned to a different management co. It should not effect our care and the services that we provide on a daily basis. There may be some “hiccups” while we get everything changed to new systems, so bear with us. In the meantime, My door is usually always open so feel free to come and ask any questions you may have.
Enjoy the changing season!
