Good Morning, Everyone!
Customer Service is of the upmost importance to us, so this is a friendly reminder that when you have a concern or a grievance, please ask a staff member for a form. That is the fastest way for it to get fixed. If you just tell someone, it may not get to the right person, but if you write it down, there is a record and you will definitely get a response. If you have told someone of a concern and it has not been addressed to your satisfaction, write it down again and we will address it and give you a response.
Along this same line, we ask that you do not leave your loved one with a lot of cash in their possession while here. We provide access to the resident Trust Fund on a daily basis, and they can get money whenever they need it. Beauty Shop, Insurance premiums, etc can be paid out of the trust fund by check whenever they need to. This will help to cut down on the cash in the building.
Stay warm and dry on this cold Spring day. Remember it will soon be Mother Day, National Nursing Home week, and the beginning of SUMMER!
